I heard about Security Dodge for years and so glad I went there to lease my new Truck. I had been to other dealers and they didn’t have what I was looking for. Their stock was limited. At Security that had s there to lease my new Truck. I had been to other dealers and they didn’t have what I was looking for. Their stock was limited. At Security that had so much inventory to choose from. My Salesman Ray Chan took me to all the lots to look at all the trucks so I could find one that really caught my eye. We sat in them and checked all the equipment until I found the one I wanted. When I went to pick up my new truck and after I took it for a test drive I noticed the same truck but with a couple of other features that my truck didn’t have. Now I wanted this one instead. The salesman talked to the manager and he came over to talk to me. He offered to add some of the other items if I wanted to stick with the original vehicle but if I wanted the other truck it would be no problem at all. He said”whatever will make you happy because that’s all he cared about”. All the paperwork had to be redone and everyone from the office to the finance manager all worked to change everything and put me in the truck that I wanted. Thank yo everyone at Security Dodge/Ram !! I love my new Truck !!! More
