When I arrived, I was surprised by the sheer volume of cars; a confidence inspiring experience considering the other dealerships' choices were so limited. I fell in love with a gray Challenger, took a walk around, looked up and exchanged a smiling glance with Alise. She walked over after getting off the phone and was really attentive to my needs in all the right, non-shark ways I think a great salesperson should be. Her candor was refreshing and didn't make me feel like I was yet again on the verge of being bamboozled. The car buying process is a long one so I spent some hours in there that passed easily. There were snacks, coffee, water etc. They bought me lunch both times I was there. The staff of every department was helpful and friendly. I've never had that experience at a dealership. All jokes aside, my experience there as well as the quality of the brand has me seriously considering doing sales... as long as I can get Alise as a mentor. Love ya Alise! Get well soon! ;-) More

Disgusted with the lack of integrity at this dealer I purchased my Jeep a month ago and it’s already having electrical issues. It took ten phone called to get security Jeep to take my car In, I just got it back yesterday and not only is the problem not fixed my car was covered in clay mud inside and out and the side of my car looked like it was side swiped. It was Covered in scratches from front to back, chips of paint taken off the handle and a ding on the door bigger than a quarter. I’m beyond disgusted with this dealer and their employees. They have no integrity and no moral principles, How can they have no respect for people’s property especially when a lot of money was spent. It’s appalling and unbelievably ghastly that I can’t trust my vehicle at the dealership I purchased it from. Even more horrifying that they don’t take a safety issue seriously. More

My salesperson was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't seem too interested in selling me a car. In following up on my experience, customer service was abysmal, staff members were downright rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I had to call four or five times and still never received a call back, I was only able to speak with someone when I caught them at their desk. There are many Jeep/Chrysler dealerships across Long Island, please find another one to give your business, they are not worthy. More

Great place to buy a truck or car. I walked in to buy my Dodge Ram and was greeted by Marissa, who took me to see the Ram I wanted with 15" of snow on it. Cleaned it off for me and insi I walked in to buy my Dodge Ram and was greeted by Marissa, who took me to see the Ram I wanted with 15" of snow on it.
