criminals absolute worst car buying experience ever. everyone there is a lying criminal from the sales team to the management. i signed a special incentive leas absolute worst car buying experience ever. everyone there is a lying criminal from the sales team to the management. i signed a special incentive lease last year on a challenger. it was supposed to be that you get a 2014 model for one year and when the '15 model comes out you can swap yours for a new one with no changes to payments or terms. the sales manager john lied to my face and purposely never turned this paperwork in, resulting in my lease becoming a 39 month lease on a car i did not want. i know this for a fact because one of his sales team is a client of mine and told me in confidance that he outright lied about the deal in order to get me to sign and then lied again about the outcome. when i confronted him about it he became very nasty and was extremely unprofessional to me. i decided to leave before it got physical. this man is not a professional and the only reason he is sales manager is because his daddy owns the dealership. i will never go back there again, not even to spit in his face and i wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. More

Excellent Troubleshooting Skills and Thoroughness My car had been rear-ended and repaired elsewhere. There were still issues that were not properly addressed, even after multiple returns and was gett My car had been rear-ended and repaired elsewhere. There were still issues that were not properly addressed, even after multiple returns and was getting nowhere getting it fixed right. I had not used Security service in the past for logistical reasons but made it a point to give Security a try. I described the problem in a note when left the car in the evening after service closed. Early the next morning the note was responded to by Craig. He fully understood the issue and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem as described. By noon Craig had not only found the source of the fault but thoroughly checked the entire car to see if there were any issues of concern and gave me a list. He explained everything in terms that I could understand so I was able to determine which of the items I wanted fixed immediately and which could wait a little longer. The work was extensive but completed by the end of the next day. I am completely satisfied with the service and will use Security service in the future. More
