These vehicles are generally designated for auction due to year, mileage, or known issues, are priced accordingly, and are made available to customers before auction as a value option. As clearly stated in our disclaimer for these vehicles: they have not been and will not be serviced, carry no guarantees, and additional issues may be present. Customers are encouraged to ask about known concerns and to thoroughly inspect and test drive the vehicle prior to purchase. These units are intended for buyers who understand they may require additional care. At the time of sale, a driveline noise was disclosed based on the information available from inspection. We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that anyone was intentionally misleading. Transparency is important to us, and this vehicle was represented in line with its condition, category, and disclosures.
