This was our second car buying experience at the dealership. It was an excellent experience. Chris was engaging, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We didn't feel any pressure but he made us excited about the vehicle and happy to do business with the dealership. Niko couldn't do enough to assist us and Josue was also very accommodating. From the time we entered this beautiful facility, everyone from the Receptionist (Sharon) to the Sales Associate to the Sales Manager and the Finance Associate made us feel glad to be there. The service was impeccable. We felt like we were the most important sale they had that day. It is remarkable when you can get that feeling from everyone that you deal with. We returned at a later date and met with Jonny Pham for a tutorial on the many features of our new car. He spent several hours with us and we never felt rushed. He was thorough and amazingly skilled.
