What a pleasant experience with Jonny Pham. He is a great instructor/teacher who spent the time with us to cover many features of the car. He genuinely cares about making sure the customer unde He is a great instructor/teacher who spent the time with us to cover many features of the car. He genuinely cares about making sure the customer understands and can use the feature before he moves to another one and casually tests you to make you practices. He is pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. He even thought us a couple of tricks with our cell phone which are great to know even thought it had nothing to do with the car. He makes something that could be stressful a very pleasant experience. On top of which he is well dressed too :-) More

I was happy to receive my new GLS450 today and Jonny the Product Specialist was able to assist getting me connected to my Mercedes’ me connect app and show me how to use my remote starter app and other func Product Specialist was able to assist getting me connected to my Mercedes’ me connect app and show me how to use my remote starter app and other functions.
