Found my new car my first Mercedes online and stopped by in person was greeted by front desk receptionist Sharon and she introduced me to Vito my salesman who got me my best deal. In the end I got to work with Jonny the product specialist who was great and special who helped me learn my car and helped paired me with my connect app! Greatly appreciated this is an amazing staff of members who go the extra mile. Lastly cannot forget Danny K the sales manager who introduced himself and made sure everything went well! Overall, my experience with the purchase of my new car was very pleasant! It was very easy working with Nick in sales and great that negotiating happened mostly over text and Nick went above and beyond! W was very pleasant! The purchase of my 2022 E450 went smoothly thanks to the courtesy and attention to detail by all of the staff, especially Steve Boston and Jonny Pham. Due to circumstances beyond everyone's control, the car I ordered in 2021 did not arrive until April of 2022. Steve made sure that the myriad of options and special features that I had requested were all in place! The day I actually picked up the car was very special. Pictures were taken with my cell of him and me standing next to the beribboned car behind red velvet roping. Such fun! After the "phot shoot" Jonny Pham first explained the basic functions of the car--where everything is located, etc. He then spent at least two hours reviewing the many, many new features, including "Mercedes me." It is a lot to comprehend, and he was very patient explaining it all to me. He even followed me home so that he could synchronize the garage door openers. That truly is above and beyond. Once I have a better understanding of the basics, I plan to schedule another meeting with Johnny to ask more questions and learn about how to use the GPS and the Parking Assist. Kudos to everyone!
