Since we had every details worked out before going in person, I was able to complete the whole purchase within two hours! I was pleasantly surprised that no one at Sierra Subaru tried to sell me anything I don't need or push me to buy extended warranty etc. Jordan, again, is super friendly in person and really pays attention to small details to give the customer a better experience. FO lady is also super nice and easy to work with. The entire process was very pleasant. More
