The only complaint I have is at the start of buying my new Yukon the salesman said he would keep in touch through the build. He did that once. I stopped at the store and got Andrew who was the best. I wish they had taken the time to explain the process that comes after purchasing my vehicle in detail. Not everyone comes in with experience. No one explain when I’d get my title, tags or plates or what that comes after purchasing my vehicle in detail. Not everyone comes in with experience. They’re the ones with all the information and they should be making sure their customers are informed. More
