What a great Buying Experience - This past week, I bought a 2024 Prius from Heiser Toyota. I had been doing a lot of research online for which car to get and where to buy from. I knew that we had a tr bought a 2024 Prius from Heiser Toyota. I had been doing a lot of research online for which car to get and where to buy from. I knew that we had a trip planned to Milwaukee to visit my in-laws so I looked at dealerships there as well. Heiser Toyota had the car that I wanted, in stock, and for a fair price. My in-laws put down a deposit to hold it until we were in town a few days later and as I was prepared with lending information from my bank. The day I was there was as pleasant and easy as buying a car could ever be. Jordan was the salesperson and was great to work with, answering any questions that I had thoroughly. The Finance Manager, Jakub, found me an even better rate than my bank had secured, so i took advantage of the lower interest rate that I had qualified for. Jessica, Hieser Toyota's General Manager had called me the following day to thank me for my purchase. All of them were the very epitome of customer service. Though we live in the Twin Ports area, we will make the trip down the next time we need a new vehicle. I cannot recommend Jessica and her team more. If you are looking for a stress free car buying experience, Heiser Toyota is the way to go! More

My husband and I ordered a Toyota Sienna back in November of 2022 and were told that we could expect to have it in December of 2023. Come October 2023 I was given an update and told we were still on the wait of 2022 and were told that we could expect to have it in December of 2023. Come October 2023 I was given an update and told we were still on the waiting list and that we still looked good for an ALLOCATION date of December 2023. This was not explained to us before then, which we found to be a bit frustrating. December 2023 came and there was no word. My husband and I started calling trying to get an update in what was going on. It was challenging to get ahold of our salesman and when we asked questions we never really got direct answers. Our questions seemed to be danced around and dusted off. Our van was still not done at the end of December 2023, but we were miraculously able to get one that was passed from another customer order. When I went to the dealership to pick it up, it took almost five hours from start to finish. I am fully aware that purchasing a car takes some time. Five hours just seems a little long. A couple times I was told that someone would be coming out or would be ready for me in about 2 minutes. Each time I ended up waiting somewhere in the ball park of half an hour. Waiting is fine, but I don't appreciate being told it will be quick. I would like honesty. Overall, I am giving three stars because everyone we interacted with was kind. I took stars off due to poor communication and what I perceived as dishonesty/lack of transparency with what was going on. More

Jordan with sales was great to work with. Price on vehicle was competitive. Biggest issue was wait time, after the price was agreed upon- It took another 2.5 hours to drive away in car.
