The first financial guy wasn't professional because he never called me to confirm or cancel our scheduled meeting at 6 on September 11th after our meeting on September 10 we couldn't finish up because my never called me to confirm or cancel our scheduled meeting at 6 on September 11th after our meeting on September 10 we couldn't finish up because my credit union closed at 7 and he needed to talk and get some Information from my credit union. I came to the store to purchase a car after we couldn't finish up in September 10th but found out the first financial guy wasn't at the store so we had to wait on another financial guy Jorgo Nidina who was with a customer so we had to wait until around 7:30 he was very professional unlike the first guy and I bought the car and took It home and was totally happy after Jorgo did damage control from the first guy. I forgot the first financial guy's name but I won't forget his bad service for not calling to confirm or cancel our meeting and he never filled Jorgo In on what we talked about the night before. I already had my credit union pre approval for a car so It should have been a smooth transaction. The other guy I give him a zero but Jorgo a 5 star rating. More
