The dealer was located 112 miles from me but I can say it was well worth the 224 round trip! I met Bill the sales manager who had been emailing me and I called him to set up an appointment. When I got to the dealership Bill greeted me and introduced me to Jordan the sales rep. After looking at the truck he handed me the keys and said take for a ride which I did. The truck was great. Now the paperwork comes and after a couple of negotiations the deal is made. I was introduced to John in the finance department who got me what I considered a very good rate. After pacing around the lot with my wife, I later found out I was approved all along and my wife and the sales team wanted to "make him sweat a little bit". Well done!! I ended up driving the truck home and could not be happier. The whole process was, ready Bill, Quick and Painless. I HIGHLY recommend Lebanon Ford and will be back. More
