Lebanon J Ford failed to disclose prior vehicle accident We bought a used 2017 Ford Fiesta and Lebanon J Ford in Lebanon NH told us that the vehicle did not show it as having any records in car fax. But when We bought a used 2017 Ford Fiesta and Lebanon J Ford in Lebanon NH told us that the vehicle did not show it as having any records in car fax. But when we got home after the sale and going through the manual in the glove box, a collision repair estimate was inside that had he vehicle les VIN and repair estimates for the front and rear passenger doors and the rear panel. When we asked Lebanon J Ford about it they said it did not show up in car fax. When in fact our own search on car fax for the vehicle vin # showed it had been in an accident. We are replacing another vehicle this week and we would have liked to shop locally here in Lebanon but won’t do business with companies that lie. More

I was lied to The salesperson, Jordan Eastman could not have been more professional and nicer. I spent 3 hours getting the truck I wanted at the right price. However, going into the back room with the finance person was a nightmare. John Davis, the finance person gave me a rate of 8.34% of which he said Ford Credit set the rate. I spoke to Ford Credit and they old me it was the dealers who set the rate. I have a level 1 credit rating and a 743 credit score . I picked the dealership out because of great past service on my Ford truck. Unfortunately because of this experience with the finance person, they missed out on $1400 of extras and I will never use them for service of to purchase another truck. I have bought 5 Ford trucks and have never been dealt like this before with a finance manager. Not only was he untruthful, he was unprofessional and I think he should be fired. Everyone was so great only to get mistreated in the end. Do remember, there was another dealer holding the same truck and I came to Lebanon. What a mistake. More
