Thank you Jordan Ferber! Jordan was my service agent. The paint on my Acura TLX was chipping near the back window. I took it in, he provided me with a loaner car until I recei Jordan was my service agent. The paint on my Acura TLX was chipping near the back window. I took it in, he provided me with a loaner car until I received my Acura back. The paint job was covered under warranty, and I was able to drop off and pick up my car when it was most convenient for me. Easiest and least stressful car service repair I've ever experienced. Jordan provided great customer service. More

Calling Jordan a friend might sound crazy (Service Manager) but that’s exactly what our family feels about him. This has only been the second time we have taken our MDX for service at this location si Manager) but that’s exactly what our family feels about him. This has only been the second time we have taken our MDX for service at this location since we moved to Florida. Both visits were for scheduled routine maintenance. Jordan quoted us below any other local mechanic, plus provided a loner vehicle. The job was done professionally, efficiently and kept in constant communication .
