Customer service Technically good. I had a serious problem with electronic brake system on a 2020 TLX with only 5,300 miles. It is evident that this car came with pro Technically good. I had a serious problem with electronic brake system on a 2020 TLX with only 5,300 miles. It is evident that this car came with problems from the factory, after being taking for repair, the problem appears to be fixed. However, the car was completely stopped and locked in place. Being a TLX 2020 supposedly a luxury car I don't feel safe with this car. The Acura dealership of Pembroke Pines, a luxury car dealer,did not provide me with a substitute car while they work on my 2020 TLX. It was very disappointing. I do not and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. The dealership explained that my insurance company does not work with their policy, but this is not a customer problem, rather the dealer's problem. I am very saddened with this dealership. However, I must thank the cordial treatment I received from Alex Castillo from the service department, who was always very kind and dedicated to solving the technical problem presented by the car. My problem and concern is with dealership itself and the safety of the car, not the workers More

Software recall plus first service for leased RDX I was asked to bring my car in for a software recall, and Scott set me up with Jordan in service. Covid19 tire service roadside emergency Mack, Jordan, & Alex were able to rescue me with a flat tire mishap. Got the car TLC towed for drop off, they replaced the tire the next day, & picked Mack, Jordan, & Alex were able to rescue me with a flat tire mishap. Got the car TLC towed for drop off, they replaced the tire the next day, & picked me up, so I could get the car at the dealership. Awesome service! Thank you!! More
