Horrible experience. Will not return I was quoted the wrong price. Services provided that I did not verify. Even an oil change was completed, which I had 90% of oil at the time. Never spo I was quoted the wrong price. Services provided that I did not verify. Even an oil change was completed, which I had 90% of oil at the time. Never spoke about an oil change. Team member tried to cover it up and got frustrated when I questioned him about pricing and services. Acura of Pembroke Pines is a SCAM ! More

Excellent Service and Friendly Staff I visited the service department to have a regular maintenance check. I did not have to wait to have an attendant approach me to find out the reason I visited the service department to have a regular maintenance check. I did not have to wait to have an attendant approach me to find out the reason for seeking service. It took approximately two hours to get the regular maintenance check and a car wash. The service advisor, Jordan Ferber was very professional and friendly; he kept me informed of how service was progressing. I was able to wait comfortably in the lounge and use my laptop while I waited for the car to be ready. More
