Not was it use to be I took my car for service for a problem that took at least 5 times to be fix. Every time that I took the car to the service it was something new to be I took my car for service for a problem that took at least 5 times to be fix. Every time that I took the car to the service it was something new to be replace when it was the part originally installed defective or installed incorrectly. That was my diagnostic the first time I took the car after the part was change. Last time technician didn't perform the diagnostic on the car because when representative call me to inform that the car was ready didn't told me that the oil needed to be change very soon (Oil life was at 30%). I mention it and oil was changed or at least I paid for it because technician didn't reset the computer, the computer still indicate Oil Life 30%. I discuss several issues with Service Manager Jordan when I picked up my car. I received a professional and respectful treatment when I was at the Dealer from Jordan and from Jean Luis but the Service performed by the technician was not good.; If you are interested we can go over all the situation, you can call me or email me because this Review will not be accurate on the option the system force to choose. Car Service. Replacement parts I would like to personally thank Jordan Ferber for his outstanding customer service. Also, John in the parts department and MIke Chan the service and I would like to personally thank Jordan Ferber for his outstanding customer service. Also, John in the parts department and MIke Chan the service and parts director were very helpful. I had been dealing with another Acura service department. They refused to work with me to resolve an issue tjeu created. They had installed the wrong color part in my vehicle and refused to acknowledge their mistake. I became so frustrated that I called Acura of Pembroke Pines to see if they could help and without hesitation they worked with me to resolve the problem. They ordered the parts and had them ready when I arrived. The entire process was seamless. I will not take my car to anywhere else for service. More

Top Grade Service I have been coming to Acura of Pembroke Pines since 2015 through a reference from my cousin. From day one I have always been taken care of properly fr I have been coming to Acura of Pembroke Pines since 2015 through a reference from my cousin. From day one I have always been taken care of properly from my first lease to my regular car service. I was assigned to Jean Louis and he has always been excellent; always smiling and working out the best possibilities for my service needs. Still today, even though I purchased a Honda from another dealer in 2018, I come here for regular maintenance instead of Honda. Jean Louis is still my go-to service rep hands down. The best service I've ever received at a car dealership. Thanks Jean, and thank you Acura of Pembroke Pines. More
