His enthusiasm and engagement paired with his knowledge of cars and people skills made this purchase easy and smooth - something I was neevous about from the beginning. Keagan, our financial partner, went above and beyond as well. He not only explained every option Ferguson offers - after hours - but also gave us the detailed information we needed to make a decision we felt good about. It’s one thing to buy a car you feel good about; buying a car with people supporting you in that decision while removing pressures and concerns is hard to find.
