The salesman were great but the financing guy was awful, acted like he didn’t care. You could tell all he cared about was money. I ended up purchasing my vehicle somewhere else the following day and I’m so acted like he didn’t care. You could tell all he cared about was money. Jordan was great to work with an he gets 5 stars. He was very bright, well-spoken, cordial, easy to talk to and well informed about the used car I bought, even though it was not a Toyota. He even dropped off the car to my home that night. Also, he didn't take any offense to my hard bargaining style, unlike one of the managers who tried to bludgeon me with no success-and he seemed upset with me. That's the reason I gave 4 stars instead of five. High pressure doesn't work with me. I actually found it amusing. This is an excellent dealership for the most part, and the level of sales activity is mind-boggling. Recommended. More
