Average dealer experience This dealership is average. Nothing really special about the experience. We went during lunch to look at a truck and then came back about 5:30. The sa This dealership is average. Nothing really special about the experience. We went during lunch to look at a truck and then came back about 5:30. The sales person wasn't there who we dealt with. They actually called him back from home! To me, I don't care who sells me a vehicle, that is up to them but I thought it was a little odd. They were friendly not too pushy. Nice clean show room packed tightly with vehicles. They worked to give me options on trucks. The reason I say they are average is this: - I said I expected to leave on a full tank of gas. The sales guys said they were allowed to only put in $20. Rather pitiful if it was true which I don't know for sure. - They added a center tail light charge that wasn't on the MSRP of $299. This is nothing more than a blinking light when you apply the brake. I didn't ask for it but they told me I had to pay for it. In the grand scheme of things, it wasn't worth ditching the deal but it was VERY petty and felt like a general upcharge. Not a bad dealership, just not a great one. More
