Ok sales service and detail suck. The sales experience over all was good. Service and detail not so much. I purchase a used car. They did an inspection and found the transmission coole The sales experience over all was good. Service and detail not so much. I purchase a used car. They did an inspection and found the transmission cooler lines needed replacing. The tech that did the word did not take the time to clean up the oil that spilled. When I arrived to take the car for a test drive there was a puddle of oil under the car the size of a baseball. The sales man had just pulled the car up to the side of the building and left it running. That is when I saw the oil dripping on the ground. I figured it was oil from the oil line repair and purchase the car. I asked to have the engine compartment washed to clean up the oil. I was told they would run the car through the detail shop and it would be cleaned. After waiting for over an hour to finish the paperwork 😠 I drove it home and could hear a grinding noise when slowing down. When I got home I found the panels under the left side of the radiator were rubbing on the ground and the oil was not washed of in the engine compartment. The car was not cleaned like I asked🤬. The tech had installed only 1 of the 4 fasteners that hold the panels in place.🤬🤬. I was reimbursed for the issue. So overall the car is good and sales is ok. Service and detail suck. More

I asked a ton of questions, most of which he knew the answer to immediately; he always responded in a timely manner with the answers he didn't know (which, again, were few!!). He never pushed for the sale, genuinely wanted to help me find a vehicle I wanted. We found one at another dealership that he got brought over and prepped for pick up VERY quickly. Rick was another stellar staff that we were lucky to have working on our vehicle. He was the guy that got all the aftermarket stuff done in a very short time period so we could pick up the vehicle shortly after they received the vehicle (we're talking like 24-36 hrs) as we were from out of town and could only make it down a specific day. Tim made the financing portion easy to understand and again, didn't push for a warranty or other add ons. VERY impressed, have already told people to come here, and will be back in the future!! We know how much you guys had to do to get this deal done for us in the short time frame we had, and we REALLY appreciate everything you guys did!! Kids love the Pacifica!! More
