This is definitely a well earned 5 stars. I worked with Jordan "the Jeep Guy" Lorence for the last 3 years on a few different transactions. The first was when I bought my Wrangler. Could not I worked with Jordan "the Jeep Guy" Lorence for the last 3 years on a few different transactions. The first was when I bought my Wrangler. Could not have given me better service. Answered all of my questions, walked me through the pros and cons of different builds, talked through different options, etc. I was a tough negotiator on my trade in at the time, and he worked with me to ensure it was a win on both sides. We ended up going back and forth on different vehicles and options for almost a month, before I ended up pulling the trigger. Even after I bought the Jeep, he stayed on me to ensure I enjoyed my purchase even referencing off road trails and events. Fast forward to now, I was selling back my Wrangler. US Bank changed their process around lease buy outs, it SIGNIFICANTLY made the process more difficult. I worked with Jordan again. He walked me through different options, answered all my text questions (even on his days off, birth of new child, being out sick, etc, he promptly got back to me). Because of his knowledge of Jeeps, he even helped me get a great value on my trade in due to the accessory work that had been done. Again, created a mutual win for both parties. Due to US Bank, this entire process took 3 months. Jordan even followed up with accounting to let me know when my check was being sent out. I will be back to buy an EV Jeep and Jordan will be the guy I will go to. Even if you are not looking for a Jeep but want someone who is going to be prompt in answering your questions, create a win win environment and give you the best customer service, he is they guy I would go to. More

Very well qualified Sales Consultants that really know how to treat well their customers. Being new in the country I was not finding good opportunities to finance a car, but their finance team were able how to treat well their customers.
