Awesome experience I found Jarrod to be very knowledgeable and informative about the new forte that I purchased. He walked me through the steps with no pressure. He answered all my questions fully and worked with me to get me the best deal possible. The Paramount group on Ridgefield Blvd is awesome. I would highly recommend Jarrod and this whole team to go to if you need a new car. More

Above and Beyond My wife totalled our only car and Jarrod drove all the way across town to pick me up, walked me quickly and efficiently through all the paperwork like My wife totalled our only car and Jarrod drove all the way across town to pick me up, walked me quickly and efficiently through all the paperwork like an old hand, knew exactly what he was doing from the moment we sat down until the last detail of the sale was complete including getting, my insurance straight. Even with not so great credit I walked out with an awesome brand new Forte that my wife and I both love. High fives to Jarrod and the finance manager Jordan who were real professionals at getting me in and out. Thank You! More

They said YES!!! We went in with very little hope in buying a newer car for our family. I completed the online credit application and was contacted immediately. Alixis spent time with us figuring out what we were looking for that was inside of our price range and did not treat us any less with a lower credit score verses someone with a 850 score. She adjusted her schedule to fit ours and when she was pulled away due to another car sale, she placed us in Anthony's hands. Anthony took the time to walk us around and meet other key staff memebers including Andrew in the service department. And of course the least favorite part of buying a car is dealing with the finance department but Jordan made it work for us and kept our best interest in mind the entire time. We left with a newer mini van and are very happy that they said YES!! We even referred a family member and they bought a 2015 Soul from Alixis the next day!!! More

Customer Service Coming to paramount was the best thing I could have done. Great service! I had the best experience at Kia of Asheville, NC. I worked with Michael Shirley primarily and also a little with Tim. They both were very nice and he I had the best experience at Kia of Asheville, NC. I worked with Michael Shirley primarily and also a little with Tim. They both were very nice and helpful. They both made me feel very comfortable. They tried extra hard to get me the best interest rates and a payment that meets my needs. Their main goal was to make my family happy and make sure we had the car we wanted. Michael came in on his day off to help finish the paperwork for the bank and made sure my car was detailed and ready to go. I really appreciate how they treated me and will buy my next family car with them!! More

Thorough competent service I just purchased my third vehicle from Paramount. I went there thinking I wanted one thing, but after working with Tony, ended up with something compl I just purchased my third vehicle from Paramount. I went there thinking I wanted one thing, but after working with Tony, ended up with something completely different. Tony and Jordan (Finance) were/are rock stars. I normally cannot stand car dealers and experiences associated with car buying. But with Paramount, the entire experience was positive and it was like working with family.
