Sales service was fine, but post-sales service is unacceptable. The title and registration department is disorganized-and slow; it is extremely poor and a big let down. It felt as if they completely unacceptable. The title and registration department is disorganized-and slow; it is extremely poor and a big let down. It felt as if they completely lacked accountability. Their third party vendor is reaching out to me a month and a week after the purchase for more documentation with emergency timeline during the holiday season to make it quick before the temp tag expires which was never explained before during the sales process. I would expect this message to be reviewed and for someone to reach out to me to work toward a resolution, rather than letting it go unanswered. More

Very impressed with my purchase experience at Keystone Motors. I bought a CPO vehicle but due to a miscommunication it did not have the features I expected but had already taken title to the car! Within Motors. I bought a CPO vehicle but due to a miscommunication it did not have the features I expected but had already taken title to the car! Within a week, Kevin had found another car and arranged for me to trade the first vehicle back for the price I paid. Left with what seems to be the ideal car. Could not have been easier and less stressful. Thanks! More

I shopped three Volvo dealers for a specific model with all available safety features. Jordan Pavillard was able to locate the perfect demo car for me at a good price. I drove from Maryland to test drive the car and then back a week later to finalize my purchase. Jordan took all the time needed to make certain I was comfortable with the extensive technology and the car was delivered in pristine condition.
