Bought a brand new car, took it in and money was stolen out of it. They then blamed me and when they offered me a check and then Allen Blad the GM ripped it up in front of me and my daughter because I woul out of it. They then blamed me and when they offered me a check and then Allen Blad the GM ripped it up in front of me and my daughter because I wouldn’t take my review down because they treated me awful and didn’t even apologize. This all was in one week of purchasing the car and putting 1500 down on it! More

I love my Toyota Rav4, so when I needed a truck, I went to see what Toyota had to offer in their used sales. Jordan found a few options that fit my budget, he picked the one he thought would be the best fi to see what Toyota had to offer in their used sales. Jordan found a few options that fit my budget, he picked the one he thought would be the best fit to test drive, and I drove it around to see the other trucks on the list. The 1st one was my pick, Jordan didn't pressure me into committing to it, and I did a few days later. Howard in financial, helped get us the best rate he could, I had also gotten approval from USAA, but he beat it and was very kind and personable. James took care of a few issues we were having after taking the truck home, and seems dedicated to get it fixed up for us. More

I now have four Toyota of Scranton vehicles parked in my driveway. This should be a very obvious statement of how pleased I continue to be with the professionalism and attention I consistently experience w driveway. It is also a clear indication of my trust and satisfaction with Toyota vehicles. I have referred family and friends to Toyota of Scranton and the fact that they continue to refer to me as a member of the family or as their friend proves that they have been as equally pleased with their Toyota of Scranton experience as have I. I would like to make special mention of DAVID GRIECO, a service advisor who went "above and beyond" to assist me with one of my vehicles recently.
