I love my Toyota Rav4, so when I needed a truck, I went to see what Toyota had to offer in their used sales. Jordan found a few options that fit my budget, he picked the one he thought would be the best fi to see what Toyota had to offer in their used sales. Jordan found a few options that fit my budget, he picked the one he thought would be the best fit to test drive, and I drove it around to see the other trucks on the list. The 1st one was my pick, Jordan didn't pressure me into committing to it, and I did a few days later. Howard in financial, helped get us the best rate he could, I had also gotten approval from USAA, but he beat it and was very kind and personable. James took care of a few issues we were having after taking the truck home, and seems dedicated to get it fixed up for us. More

I now have four Toyota of Scranton vehicles parked in my driveway. This should be a very obvious statement of how pleased I continue to be with the professionalism and attention I consistently experience w driveway. It is also a clear indication of my trust and satisfaction with Toyota vehicles. I have referred family and friends to Toyota of Scranton and the fact that they continue to refer to me as a member of the family or as their friend proves that they have been as equally pleased with their Toyota of Scranton experience as have I. I would like to make special mention of DAVID GRIECO, a service advisor who went "above and beyond" to assist me with one of my vehicles recently. Mr. Grieco expressed sincere interest and thoughtfulness, served as an intermediary between me and the Parts Department, and attentively and expeditiously responded to all my questions.
