Toyota of Scranton I bought a 2020 Tundra CrewMax in early June. Salesperson was helpful and responsive to my questions and spent time with me at delivery...no complaint I bought a 2020 Tundra CrewMax in early June. Salesperson was helpful and responsive to my questions and spent time with me at delivery...no complaints there. The Finance Director did not follow up on multiple promises to email me contract paperwork and it took literally several calls from me and a nasty email to get the contract at 10:50pm the night before I was to take delivery. In retrospect I should have negotiated harder on the deal (my fault) as I feel I overpaid on price of new vehicle and should have requested for more on my trade. Dealer turned around and likely doubled their money on my trade within a week. I'm disappointed its been a few weeks and no follow up call to ask how I like the new truck and/or to say thanks for the great trade in vehicle. Would have been nice to get a set of bed frame rails as a thank you for the hassle I went through with trying to get the paperwork and the money they likely made on my trade. I handed them an easy sale and did all of the work making calls and driving the 2hrs each way to pick up the vehicle. More

I was not expecting to get a Toyota. But I was pleasantly surprised. During this bizarre time of the pandemic, all parties involved with obtaining information about the car I want and find my perfect deal we surprised.
