Service was easy to schedule however it required a little bit more time to be completed compared to the initial estimate and courtesy cars are a little bit less available than in other places so I used uber bit more time to be completed compared to the initial estimate and courtesy cars are a little bit less available than in other places so I used uber to go home. Highest part of the invoice was labor (above $600 for 30K miles service), but these days is kind of expected. They don’t take american express or checks which is also a little bit of a bummer for me, but overall I’ll continue to go there for service, because the quality of their job is great and they do what they say. My service agent was also very responsive and communicated everything in a timely manner. Jordan is really great. When it’s time to retrieve the car it can take 10-15 minutes after payment to the cashier’s kiosk. More
