I own 6 Chevy vehicles and took my 2020 Silverado in for an oil change. Truck was serviced there recently but this time service manager said they could not touch my vehicle because it’s been modified. I hav an oil change. Since when does a dealer not service and oil change because of a dealer installed add-on? I call BS on this. So Culver City Chevrolet has lost all my business on all my Chevy vehicles including Chevy vehicles belonging to other family members. That place is a freaking joke!!! Incompetent to say the least. Community Chevrolet in Burbank will be my dealer of choice for there excellent service department even though I live 2 miles from this crap dealership. More
