I purchased my car at this dealership and have been going there for service for years. At the beginning, I would bring my car in and any available service writer would help me but, from the minute I met Jord there for service for years. At the beginning, I would bring my car in and any available service writer would help me but, from the minute I met Jordan, she is the only one I go to. Jordan is friendly and competent and efficient. I feel that she is honest and takes good care of me and my car. She is the best. More

Seems like a great place for services like oil changes and brakes. But not for any major repairs, also paid 300 bucks to be told they couldn’t fix my car so that was a little frustrating. Service was not terrible but slightly different from what I remember in the past, I asked for an inspection of my vehicle but did not receive the recommendation sheet even after I asked for it, service stick I remember in the past, I asked for an inspection of my vehicle but did not receive the recommendation sheet even after I asked for it, service sticker was not given to indicate when the next oil change should be. I brought in my Volt because it would not charge. Dealer determined it was a software problem on my over 11 year old car, and fixed it on warranty.
