I was. very disappointed that my car took 10 minutes to fix but I had to wait 3 days for this. I wanted to wait at the dealer for it to be fixed but was tol very disappointed that my car took 10 minutes to fix but I had to wait 3 days for this. Jordan was as accommodating as possible but the dealership doesn't have enough people who know electric car repairs. Very disappointed and not happy with this situation. More

I feel as though the customer service is fine. . however, they’re TECHS seem to NOT be as good as they say.. I go in for an oil change and then weeks later get a check engine light?!
