ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I could not be more shocked and pleased by my experience. Mine was not the typical new car purchase and as difficult as it was, they went far above a I could not be more shocked and pleased by my experience. Mine was not the typical new car purchase and as difficult as it was, they went far above and beyond what would be expected. I originally purchased a Chrysler 200 4-cylinder. After driving 60 cylinder cars my whole life, the lack of power I was used to was just not going to cut it. I tried to get used to it but I ended up calling telling them I almost wanted to cry over the purchase. Jason was more than happy to make it right and he had me come in (after having 1000 miles and a month of ownership on a brand new car) and somehow he (along with Mike's help) worked out a way for me to be able to trade it back in without losing too much money and I was able to purchase the car I now LOVE!! Jordan showed me things in the car that I never would have found on my own and I have to say it was a great experience. They were very understanding and helpful. They truly listened to me and went out of their way to make sure I was able leave with a huge smile on my face. It is a month later and I am still smiling. Thanks guys! The entire transaction was terrific and I am sure I will be back (however, maybe a little longer than a month before my return this time :) ) More
