We ended up purchasing our vehicle from them that same day because of the amazing service we received. Jordan was extremely friendly from beginning to end. He understood our budget and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or need. The finance department was great as well. He took his time to find us the best deal he could and they were able to stay within our budget. They took the time to get to know us in order to make us feel comfortable with such a big purchase. Never once did we feel pressured by any member of the staff. I will definitely be using this dealership any time I look to purchase a car in the future! More

Very Smooth Experience!!! Having not purchased a vehicle in over 11 years and have owned 2 F-150's for the past 17 years...a few of my buddies have Ram's so this was my vehicle Having not purchased a vehicle in over 11 years and have owned 2 F-150's for the past 17 years...a few of my buddies have Ram's so this was my vehicle of choice this time. I looked for over 2 months to find the perfect truck for me and Marty Cancila had it! I sent an email expressing interest in a 2011 and within 2 hours I was contacted by Jordan (someone else actually contacted me sooner than that; sorry but can't remember the name but you know who you are and I appreciate the quick response.) I had also called and emailed 5 other dealerships on other vehicles, but the quickest reply I had from them was a 2 day delay; and I want to add 3 of them were very rude on the phone, which obviously did not earn my business; the other 2 just sent me an email telling me the price and never called me. I had the opportunity to get to know Jordan for a day before the sale took place and I can say he is a genuine great person; both personally and professionally...he is not just a "pushy sales person" just looking to make a buck; he takes the time to actually try and get to know his customers...all I want to say is Jordan; you are the man and yes, I love this sweet ride!!!
