updated review. One of my worst experience. I owned the car for 4 days found bunch of stuff wrong with it. So examples leaky roof broken features, clogged air filter.. bring to service and they want me to car for 4 days found bunch of stuff wrong with it. So examples leaky roof broken features, clogged air filter.. bring to service and they want me to pay for the repairs. Even though this truck was not listed with all these broken features. My advice take your money else where .... price on the truck was almost 50000 so for that kinda of money you would expect everything to work.. More

Exorbitant fees! We went to Mall of Georgia Mini at the end of December with full intention to buy a used car they had listed. We inspected the car, drove it and everything seemed to be in order except the rear headsets were not on the rear seats. When asked the salesman made a lame excuse about the detail department may have taken them off for cleaning. We made it clear they had to be found. We then told the salesman our budget and asked him to draw up an offer sheet. He went to the sales manager to have it approved (of course) and presented it. We almost fell off our seats. We had told him from the start that we would not pay their ridiculous $749 documentation fee. The offer sheet did have the fee subtracted from the internet sales price. However, there was a charge for a “kahu”, which is some sort of vehicle tracking device for $400. We told him to take it off. There was also a $899 fee for detailing! Seriously!? $899? We told him that was ridiculous. The usual title and tag fees were listed as expected but after that was the $749 doc fee added back in. He tried to convince us that the negative fee and positive fee “would zero out”. Who is he kidding? We negotiated for several more minutes as he wore out the floor going back to the sales manager. Eventually, the sales manager comes out and gives us a sob story about the internet sales price was posted to low and he had been yelled at by their general manager. Long story short, we got tired of the sales manager’s attitude and ended up walking out disgusted. Mall of Georgia Mini may be a good dealership to buy a Mini but wary of their excessive add-on fees. More
