The e-sign method that is used by this dealer is a very nice touch also. We were one of the last people in the dealer the night we bought our car and they kept many of their staff well after closing time to ensure that we received excellent care. This is the first dealership in probably 15 car deals over the years where I felt like management doesn't really care about the customer, but rather they just want your money.
