Both Mini dealerships that I've visited have been extremely friendly and helpful with purchasing a car and, should I ever need another one, I know just where to go! Mini Mall of Georgia was a great place to do business and I'm so thankful that Michael was able to help us find the perfect Mini that was in my price range. Not only was he friendly and understanding the whole 8 hours I was there, he also made sure to be personable as well. Michael has kept in touch and made sure that everything was working properly and has even agreed to take a look at some stuff that seemed a little off since he's not far from us. I honestly couldn't be more impressed with the quality of service that this dealership provided me with. I highly recommend them! More

Jordan knew I was on the fence and didn't know what to do when it came to a car for her. I took his entire afternoon and he didn't once try to pressure me into anything... we actually decided to wait and come back the next day... again he did not rush us or try to pressure us. Honestly, that's the reason I bought the car I did.. because no one at Mini made me feel the way normal dealerships people tend to make me feel.. it was so easy I was still in disbelief when it was all done. If you're like me and absolutely dread sales people or dealerships, check out mini. I am absolutely positive you'll agree with me; they aren't like other places. Thanks J for taking the time to understand my situation and for the sunset we shared on the bench out front... I'll always remember this experience as the sun setting on her being a baby and rising again as her being a young woman. THANK YOU!! More

The GM gave me a fair deal, Paul in Finance made it easy to close, and Jordan was there to coordinate the paperwork and get me out the door quickly. Nice group, fair price, easy transaction. Amazing Service-Very Professional, Personable, and Friendly I bought my first Mini at this dealership two years ago...Because I live in NC, I have to drive over 2 1/2 hours for service. The staff has made it worth it every time I have made the trip, including my last trip for service which took the whole day to complete (and took an unexpected turn)! While waiting on my car, I started reading through my emails and ran across an Ad from Mini regarding a new upgrade program they were promoting. I asked Jordan Smith for details, and he kindly and patiently explained it to me. Long story short, a long service day became very interesting! To say the least, Jordan Smith worked with me, going above and beyond my expectations! I got an amazing deal and drove home very happy in a brand new volcanic orange #Rockytop#GoVols Mini!! Thanks Jordan, and thanks also to Aaron and the Service Manager who went out of there way during my wait to make me feel welcome and comfortable, blessing me so much with acts of kindness I didn't expect!
