I had a great experience getting my car serviced. I needed my sunroof seal replaced and the drainage channels cleaned, and Jordan went above and beyond by taking care of the cleaning free of cost. He was very fair with pricing and did everything he could to keep it affordable. What I really appreciated was the convenience—he provided a loaner car and gave me the flexibility to drop off and pick up my car on my own time without any pressure. Honest, helpful, and truly accommodating service. Highly recommend! More

This is the first time since owning any vehicle that I have serviced at a dealer … my mind was changed when I got to work with Jordan V. He’s attentive and upfront. Updates on the car repair status were not provided to me by text nor phone calls, I tried to reach the service advisor several times but he did not call back. Later, I learned that he was ill and the servic by text nor phone calls, I tried to reach the service advisor several times but he did not call back. Later, I learned that he was ill and the service department failed to assign my file to anyone else. There was a lack of coordination between the service department, sales department and the phone operator. A major decline from six months ago. More
