Jordan was very helpful, professional and friendly. I liked the email/text confirmations and car ready texts, and the ability to schedule and reschedule online. When I was leaving Drew took time to show me the new 2024 Pilot and listened to feedback regarding my 2012 Pilot. He was not a pushy salesman which I appreciate. My battery died 2 days after it was checked during an oil change, then you did not email the original invoice to the Ft Walton dealership as requested over the telephone and I did not get any warranty benefi change, then you did not email the original invoice to the Ft Walton dealership as requested over the telephone and I did not get any warranty benefit. The battery lasted only about 18 months. More

I dont have any complaints about the actual work being done to the car but there are a few people in the service dept who dont give me great confidence. I went in for an oil change and when I checked in i done to the car but there are a few people in the service dept who dont give me great confidence. I went in for an oil change and when I checked in it was recommended that I have some other services. I had actually had those services done in November. I feel like sometimes people just tell you that the car needs something without looking to see if its been done. I told Ginger I needed the car back by a certain time and was told it should only take 1-1.5 hours to complete. At the 2.5 hour mark I went to check on the car because I had been given no updates. I was able to check out with a different service rep. and Jordan was very helpful and friendly. More
