Usually a great experience but not so great this time. I arrived at 9AM for an oil change and was still there at 10:45. I finally went to the desk and asked if my car was ready and they said that it was. I arrived at 9AM for an oil change and was still there at 10:45. I finally went to the desk and asked if my car was ready and they said that it was. I suspect that they might have forgotten to tell me that it was ready. This is my only ever less than perfect experience here so I hope that this is a one off More

Jordan did a great job. She got my car in quickly and got me a quote and repair much sooner than I expected. This dealership has done this more than one time to me. They will overinflate the estimate only to let you know that it wasn’t going to be as much but they still live in I’m charging you much more than wha They will overinflate the estimate only to let you know that it wasn’t going to be as much but they still live in I’m charging you much more than what the service should have been and wonder why you’re complaining about the charge coming down in the first place. Don’t go here take your car somewhere else. The manager encourages this type of overcharging. More
