It took four months for my repair, after authorization was given by me to order parts. They did not order knowing it would take three weeks and the three weeks we checked and the parts had not been ordere was given by me to order parts. When the last part came in it took an additional three weeks to get the vehicle back. They were unwilling to co we the rental car that was needed will in shop. This repair at the maximum should have only been 4-5 weeks because of the part order. More

We are really happy 😀😀😀 that we chose this dealership. Before, we bought our cars in the Beaverton dealership, ☹️ we bought a GMC truck 2017 and GMC Denali 2021. We always used our bank financial but when we went to buy our 3rd car they said that we can only use the financials from the dealership only. 🙄🙄🙄 I was shocked !!! 😡 because my bank gave me a rate of 2.25% but they had 3.0%. It’s not fair, 🤯🤯🤯 why would I need to pay the higher rate? So, they lost a customer. 🤪🤪🤪 We are so happy that we changed dealerships, in Gresham👍👍👍👍👍 We worked with an amazing seller named Nikita ✌️👏🤝 Thanks to him,🙏🙏🙏 we bought a car in 2 days!!!
