I was disappointed on how long they took to let me know the result of my diagnosis. Our agent, Jorge, did a great job keeping us informed. Unfortunately I had to return vehicle due to poor maintenance and quality. Upon picking it up now my check engine light is on. The negative battery terminal was loose and the air flow sensor was not connected. Will need to drop off for a third time. Little faith in mechanical department! More

You need to make a selection for zero stars. If it were available, that is what I would rate their performance. It took almost three months to do a repair, and that incorporated three additional If it were available, that is what I would rate their performance. It took almost three months to do a repair, and that incorporated three additional returns for the same service. I absolutely will not recommend them for any type of service. Nor will I ever bring my vehicle back to them. More
