I will not ever go to your business for service or even to purchase a car. I don't appreciate the way your service advisor tried to get me to have my car towed to your business but not follow it. Yeah not gonna happen. I never plan to do business with your particular dealer after the way I was treated on the phone today. Don't ask me to come in and give you a chance because the answer is no! Warning do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. I bought a used vehicle and purchased a 2 year warranty on it. About three weeks later I noticed it was leaking oil. Make it a short story I took that I bought a used vehicle and purchased a 2 year warranty on it. About three weeks later I noticed it was leaking oil. Make it a short story I took that vehicle back five times and it was still leaking oil. I had this vehicle for 2 months and it was at the service dept. at for a month. After being in 3 different rental cars, I took it back and they got me into a new one. This cost me a lot of money. I should of took them to arbitration on it. I will never buy or service another vehicle at this dealership again. Beware, service dept. is shady from the manager all the way down. More
