Very helpful and easy experience! I originally came to the dealership just to look and test drive a Kia Sportage. This was my first time coming to a dealership to test drive a car, so I originally came to the dealership just to look and test drive a Kia Sportage. This was my first time coming to a dealership to test drive a car, so I wasn’t expecting to find my perfect match right off the bat. I was staying level headed and skeptical through out the experience. Jorge was very patient with me and never threw out forced reasons to go through with the purchase. He let the car speak for itself and only complimented what I had already experienced. I was skeptical after the test drive just because I’m cautious. I was unsure of what to compare the drive to because I’ve only ever driven my Jeep Wrangler and occasionally my mother’s Ford Escape. I told Jorge that I was unsure and I think I need to drive something else in order to compare. He was very understanding and recommended I drive a comparable SUV, the Honda CR-V. I took that vehicle for a test drive and was still unsure although I could tell a difference in the drive. I told him I would appreciate driving the Kia Sportage again in order to fully compare and make a decision. He was again very understanding and we took the Kia out again. Now that I was more comfortable and broken into driving this type of car, I was seeing myself driving this vehicle on a daily basis. I could tell that Jorge cared about me finding a car that I love as opposed to trying to sell me something I wasn’t on the market for. He was very honest, calm, and collected. I appreciate his grounded salesmanship. He helped me pair my phone with the Bluetooth and showed me some of the features. Thank you! More

My husband and I have been doing business with this dealership since it was a Saturn dealership and we bought our 1998 Saturn SC2 (which our granddaug My husband and I have been doing business with this dealership since it was a Saturn dealership and we bought our 1998 Saturn SC2 (which our granddaughter now drives). The people here and the service is the best we have found. Before buying that Saturn we had purchased many new vehicles over the years. Never have we had the service and the feeling of family prior to coming here. We have not strayed from here since then. We wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Fantastic customer service by sales rep. I started the dreaded task of shopping for a certified pre-owned car in late April. After browsing on Ex Kia’s site I was contacted by Jorge. We ema I started the dreaded task of shopping for a certified pre-owned car in late April. After browsing on Ex Kia’s site I was contacted by Jorge. We emailed back n forth and established what I was looking for, price range, etc. I made but cancelled several appts. but Jorge continued to contact me via email in a very professional manor. Never felt pressured and was immediately impressed with his patience and desire to help me find exactly what I was looking for Lost count of how many times I asked for information on vehicles I might be interested in and he always came through with several options for me to consider. The follow through, continuing to work with me until we found what I wanted is something I never expierience or expected. I finally made it to the dealership and was immediately impressed with Jorge, his eagerness to help, knowledge of product and over all wonderful demeanor. Never been so impressed with a sales person! He stuck with me even when I became difficult. I visited 2 Honda and 1 Toyota dealerships. Dealt with veteran, more seasoned sales reps who lost interest when I didn’t purchase the first car I test drove or didn’t want to spend way over my budget. These reps could and definitely should take a page from Jorge’s book!!!! Continually he went over and above and showed a genuine interest in me and my situation. A 5 star, golden expierience. A million thanks to Jorge. I highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. You will be pleasantly surprised with this rare enjoyable and very satisfying car shopping expierience.
