It’s Kendall, you shouldn’t have high expectations for these lying lazy xxx people. Everytime I go for an oil change, they be taking four hours just to change my oil & don’t have the curtesy to let you kn these lying lazy xxx people. Everytime I go for an oil change, they be taking four hours just to change my oil & don’t have the curtesy to let you know how long it’ll be. I just recently finished going for coolant flush, brake system flush, oil change, & tire rotation. I get home and go under my hood to check out everything and the brake system was never flushed. The liquid was supposed to be clear if they changed it but it was still yellow, looks like they had just added the liquid to cut corners. I wouldn’t be surprised if they just added coolant in my car or charged me for the service knowing I didn’t need it. I got my tires rotated as well and a smart person would balance out the tires as well but it’s too much work for them to do that as well. More
