There was a problem that was not addressed and found out later that I have to fix. It wouldn't have been much for the dealership to take care of. The finance manager said I can get gap in the initial conversation and then we did the deal he said I cant get gap and then he tried to my sell me an extended warranty for 7 years 100k miles when the car comes with 8 year 100k miles from manufacturer. My car took a month to come and Jorge had to drive and pick it up which was fantastic of him. More
