There was a problem that was not addressed and found out later that I have to fix. It wouldn't have been much for the dealership to take care of. Jorge was amazing to work with. The process was smooth and efficient. No complains what so ever. I would recommend him to everyone. However the dealership is not. The finance manager said I can get gap in the initial conversation and then we did the deal he said I cant get gap and then he tried to my sell me an extended warranty for 7 years 100k miles when the car comes with 8 year 100k miles from manufacturer. My car took a month to come and Jorge had to drive and pick it up which was fantastic of him. More
