I want to first of by saying I typically never rate, or provide feedback. Today is an exception as I had one of the most positive experiences with Acura of Peoria. I was about to go sign final paperwork provide feedback. Today is an exception as I had one of the most positive experiences with Acura of Peoria. I was about to go sign final paperwork at another dealer when I decided to call Acura of Peoria. When Ben Quail picked up the phone I cut straight to the point and let him know what I was looking for (price, milage, etc) he indicated he would beat whatever dealership! At first I was very apprehensive but Ben was a man of his word, within 10 minutes I as able to negotiate a deal with him over the phone and within a few hours I picked up my new car. From the beginning to the end it was exactly what Ben promised me over the phone. When I went to pick up the car Jorge Gomez assisted me with the final paper work and trade in for my existing Acura. Jorge was professional and got me in and out within 30 minutes. I could not be any happier with my experience with Acura of Peoria and will definitely do business with them again. More

I loved my current Acura and wasn't really needing a new one, but the Acura team made me a deal I couldn't refuse. I have to say that I was leery going into a luxury dealership looking to buy a used car that was not super high value; I was pleasantly wrong-headed.I expected to be treated like a second class custom dealership looking to buy a used car that was not super high value; I was pleasantly wrong-headed.I expected to be treated like a second class customer at best. Instead Jorge treated me like I was the most important deal that he had ever tried to close. And the finance guys (Mike & Mike) were absolutely low pressure. Nobody tried to force anything down my throat, or corner me and hold my car keys hostage (I have had some pretty tense moments buying cars), and the salesmen didn't multiply (If you've ever bought a car at a high-pressure dealership, you understand what I mean.). I have to say that I will always look at this dealership first for a car, even if I am looking for a different brand. It is quite and peaceful inside, there are no strange half-empty, devoid of personal effects little cube offices they stuff you in for hours on end, while the evil trolls (So the stigma would seem) behind the curtain fiendishly contemplate whether or not the last $500.00 you want off the car will bankrupt the dealership or not. No piece of paper with bolder and bolder red writing scribbled aggressively over your offer being passed back to the evil trolls behind the curtain more times than a pin ball in a 50's diner. So if you are like me -and are a little on the assertive side- and don't respond well(?) to the typical high pressure, think they have you by the family jewels type of sales tactics, this is the place to go. I am sure all of the sales staff are great, but I recommend Jorge Gomez, as he is the only sales guy I met, and by proxy the only sales guy I can honestly speak about. More

I was only in the beginning stages of looking, but felt that if a good deal could be reached; I was ready to buy that day. The staff at Acura of Peoria took great care of me. Due to some poor decisions in the past, I was difficult to finance, but salesmen Freddie and George went to bat for me. In the end, I drove three different used cars, keeping them open several hours after the official close time. Not only that, but they gave me a great deal on my trade-in and a good price on my new, to me, car. I would recommend the staff at Acura of Peoria to friends and family. More

My Expierence at Acura Of Peoria was much better than other other expierence i've had at other dealerships in the area. They were Professional,helpful,straight up and didnt give me any sort of run around other other expierence i've had at other dealerships in the area. When buying a vehicle i want to feel comfortable with the place im doing business with and as soon as i walked into Acura of Peoria I felt that way. However, our sales person Jorge Gomez at Acura of Peoria was EXCELLENT! Jorge was extraordinarily friendly and had a great personality which made the sale that much more rewarding. I would recommend this dealership/Jorge Gomez to my family and friends. Love the 2010 Acura RDX -On a final note to Jorge: Need more cookies! lol More
