Absolutely no buyer's remorse If you want to buy a car from a dealership that does everything right, then Acura of Peoria is the place to go.Acura of Peoria did everything they cou If you want to buy a car from a dealership that does everything right, then Acura of Peoria is the place to go.Acura of Peoria did everything they could to get me the best deal they could, the people there were amazing and the vehicles were out of this world. Even though the vehicles looked out of this world, after the lot attendants got a hold of it, it looked out of this universe. There was not a single thing I could find wrong with the car, it was cleaned perfectly and it was shiny. I have been driving my beautiful car for a little bit now and I have never loved a car as much as I do this one. The Acura product gets amazing gas mileage, has a great design, lots of power, lots of control, and it makes every other brand look like garbage. Why buy a Lexus, when you can buy a car that is three times better and is cheaper. You just can't beat an Acura. I will never ever buy a different brand for the rest of my life, because Acura is the only brand I will ever want. Thank you Acura for being the best. More

But after my first buying experience with Acura of Peoria I couple of years ago for my wife's car, I did not hesitate to return for a car for my daughter and look forward to going in in the near future for a car for myself. The staff is not pushy and everyone knows their stuff. I especially loved the fact that I was never recalled to fill out "missed paperwork" as the other dealerships often do. Jorge was Very Knowledgeable and Arts Expertise made the choosing the right vehicle a choice not an option. These are the cars I want to drive not the cars we have to drive. More

Great Team - Sales to Service! I've never met an unpleasant person at this dealership. I purchased a car from Jorge the first time around; he connected with me very well and it was I've never met an unpleasant person at this dealership. I purchased a car from Jorge the first time around; he connected with me very well and it was a very pleasant experience. Several months later I totaled that car. As soon as the dealership found out Matt, my service advisor whom I'd only met twice, called me to check on my wellbeing and urged me to head to the doctor to ensure I wasn't internally injured. Next the Ben (whom I never met), the general sales manager called to check on me. By this time we knew the car was going to be a total loss and he offered to put $1500 towards any lease or purchase to help me out. I stopped in that evening to check out the new inventory and met Fred. I told them that I was working on a deal with another dealership and they were eager and aggressive to beat whatever they offered. I visited the other dealership to test drive the car to ensure I didn't feel any remorse. What I felt while at the other dealership was nothing that I would've ever expected. I didn't feel the warm, cozy, genuine feeling that I had at Acura. The people were rude and condescending towards me. While sitting there running numbers with the other dealership I knew that this wasn't right. I wanted to come for service on my vehicle and feel welcomed! Be greeted by first name and asked how my dog was doing. I knew that wasn't going to happen at the other dealership. They weren't even polite when I was trying to give them business, for Pete's sake. I eagerly left the other dealership and texted Fred, who had reached out to me earlier that day providing a rate lower than what I initially asked for. Fred promptly responded to me, telling me my car was in the back waiting for me. When I walked in to Acura again, I knew I was in the right place. Greeted by name from the General Sales Manager and quickly meeting with Fred who constantly kept a smile on my face. We got all of the papers signed and Fred even helped me out in returning the rental car 20 minutes away. These guys will have a customer for life, with all of the great customer service and attention that I receive there. Greatest car buying experience out of any dealership that I've ever visited! More

Awesome Dealership! We were actually travelling through Phoenix when our 2007 Acura TL broke down. I want to first of by saying I typically never rate, or provide feedback. Today is an exception as I had one of the most positive experiences with Acura of Peoria. I was about to go sign final paperwork provide feedback. Today is an exception as I had one of the most positive experiences with Acura of Peoria. I was about to go sign final paperwork at another dealer when I decided to call Acura of Peoria. When Ben Quail picked up the phone I cut straight to the point and let him know what I was looking for (price, milage, etc) he indicated he would beat whatever dealership! At first I was very apprehensive but Ben was a man of his word, within 10 minutes I as able to negotiate a deal with him over the phone and within a few hours I picked up my new car. From the beginning to the end it was exactly what Ben promised me over the phone. When I went to pick up the car Jorge Gomez assisted me with the final paper work and trade in for my existing Acura. Jorge was professional and got me in and out within 30 minutes. I could not be any happier with my experience with Acura of Peoria and will definitely do business with them again. More
