I have purchased several cars over the years and it's generally a drawn out not pleasant experience. Working with Silas changed that into a very positive experience. Silas also programmed my and my wife's phones into our Pilot for us and went over all of the controls so we could more easily understand all of the new features. He also arranged getting a tow hitch installed on the EX-L model we chose, so when we picked up our Pilot is was exactly what we wanted. A great overall experience and I have already referred some close friends. More
