Quick and Easy I was shopping for a 2017 Toyota Tundra and not getting the warm and fuzzy with my local dealer. I discussed it with people in the industry and they I was shopping for a 2017 Toyota Tundra and not getting the warm and fuzzy with my local dealer. I discussed it with people in the industry and they suggested that I contact Longo. In less time than a trip to my local dealer took I had ID'd the vehicle I wanted from Longo's inventory on line and began my discussions with Jorge Hora. My other contacts at dealerships came in with quotes higher than Longo's and it was a no brainer. Longo won my business and delivered the car 45 miles to my location. The delivery associate( I was excited and didn't remember his name) was highly knowledgeable and took me through the truck as if he had one at home. He walked me through programming my phone to pair with the trucks electronics eq. Nav. and calling, and XM radio and so on. I will definitely be back when my lease runs out. A 10. More

Poor salesmanship The worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. What a waste of a trip. He knew absolutely nothing about the car. It was very dirty like it was sitting in the backyard for months & used for test drives (it had 30 miles on it) & there were scratches on the front spoiler & fender. And he wasn't even willing to work with me on the price because of these scratches. He said just bring it back & we will take care of it. Why would anyone buy a brand new car just to have to bring it back to get scratches fixed!!! Would you? He also wanted to charge me an extra $750 for the rear spoiler. Then I said I should have went to a dealership closer to my house & he said I wouldn't blame you if you did. REALLY? Like he didn't care if he sold me a car or not. Well screw that!!! He's definitely not a customer oriented salesman. He acted like he was doing me a favor. I have already purchased the car at a better dealership that actually cares about their customers. I will definitely never go to Longo & will tell everyone I know not to either. These guys suck!. More
