I took my car in for an oil change and needed my car back by 2:00, made this clear since I made the appointment right away I was told it wouldn’t be an issue. The driver that dropped me off at home was the same to pick me up and said she made sure to head over to me right away when they called because she knew I needed my car to pick up my son.
