Unethical and shady business tactics. Long story short, we ordered a vehicle 9 months ago. Went to pick up said vehicle and explored option of trading in our current vehicle. Did not like the offer and told Sales Manager Casey Krawkowski that we will be selling the vehicle on our own. Casey then advised he will not be selling us the vehicle if we don't trade in our vehicle and then asked us to leave with our initial deposit. Mind you, there was no contingency as part of our agreement 9 months ago that we were required to sell them our vehicle in order to buy a new car from them. Shows how desperate they are for used cars. Could not recommend this dealership less. I would definitely recommend either selling your vehicle on your own, or, to avoid the hassle, sell to Car Max or Car Gurus as I can almost guarantee they'll offer you more than Toyota of Naperville.
